'The commonwealth championships was one of the highlights in my athletics career so far, to win the up and down and come runner up in the uphill only is probably my highest running achievement and makes all the hard work worthwhile.  And to do this on a home course in the first ever commonwealth event makes it even more special-memories that will definatley stay with me for a long time!'
